Welcome to BreatheWellShop. By accessing our website or purchasing products (CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen concentrators, masks, wheelchairs), you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them – check regularly.

1. Use of Website

You may browse and order products for personal, non-commercial use only. Prohibited: unauthorized copying, hacking, or reselling our content/devices. We comply with Indian e-commerce laws (Consumer Protection Act 2019).

2. Product Sales & Rentals

Genuine Products: All devices (ResMed AirSense 10, OXYMED concentrators, etc.) are ISO-certified, new/unused with manufacturer warranty (1-3 years).
Pricing: Listed in INR, excludes GST/shipping. Prices may change without notice.
Rentals: Minimum 1 month for oxygen concentrators/wheelchairs (₹5,000-₹8,000/month). Security deposit = 1 month’s rent, refundable if undamaged.
Delivery: Same-day in Bhubaneswar; 2-3 days pan-India. Free over ₹10,000; installation for rentals/CPAP included.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders confirmed via email. Secure checkout (Razorpay/UPI).
EMI available; cancellations within 2 hours free, then 10% fee.
Returns: 7 days for unused products (20% restocking fee); rentals non-cancellable after delivery.

4. Maintenance & Liability

Sales: Buyer handles maintenance post-warranty.
Rentals: We provide servicing (quarterly checks). Report issues within 24 hours – you’re liable for misuse/damage.
No liability for indirect losses, medical outcomes, or force majeure (power cuts, pandemics). Equipment “as-is” for rentals.

5. Buy-Back Program

Trade old devices (CPAP/VPAP/masks) within 6 months: up to 50% credit if functional. Inspection required; decision final.

6. Privacy & Data

We collect minimal data (name, address, health queries) per our Privacy Policy. Compliant with DPDP Act 2023.

7. Governing Law

Odisha courts jurisdiction. Disputes resolved amicably first.
